Louis Koenig: Dead Calm but Torrential Rain

This exhibition follows the travels of Lieutenant Louis Koenig, who visited Newfoundland's French Shore between 1885 and 1886. His whimsical illustrations share many of the pleasant moments and difficulties of the journey, along with picturesque images typical of that era.
