Soldier's Story (Grade 7-12)

Using copies of archival documents, artifact reproductions and exhibition interactives, students learn about battlefield experiences and the daily lives of Newfoundland and Labrador soldiers who served during the First World War. This program includes hands-on research in the Provincial Archives reference room, as well as a visit to the exhibition "Beaumont-Hamel and the Trail of the Caribou: Newfoundlanders and Labradorians at War and at Home, 1914-1949."
